NCSU Farms Days with OAKS playgroup

Today we went to Farm Days - a free event (including free ice cream!) at NC State's Field Lab. The little ones had a great time and it was great for mommy to catch up with her girlfriends :-)

Celebrating Ben's Adoption Day!

We had to delay his celebration a bit (due to sick kids and JJ's participation at the Home Show) but it was worth the wait :-) Ben picked putt putt golf at Adventure Landing - he even made a hole in one!!! which he is STILL talking about (though he sometimes forgets and calls it a 'home run' instead :-). Later, he opened his present - nothing sentimental or Guatemalan, just a highly coveted flashlight - hee hee!
