Love Lily's pigtails. It was too cloudy here to see the moon that night, but we did sample Lotus Seed Mooncakes...I loved them...Pauly hated them :-) I think next year we'll have to make Pauly a cupcake that looks like the moon...and hope that Olivia likes Mooncakes as much as Mommy.
Oh, I love moon cakes - my favorites are the red bean ones. Did I ever show you the jar of baby food we bought in China - it was Lotus Seed! Hey maybe Pauly would like a homemade mooncake better. Lily's Chinese teacher makes yummy ones and taught us how - I'll look for the recipe for you. :-)
Take five kids from toddler to freshman in college, throw in 4 or more (JJ and I are mutts) countries of origin, toss homeschooling into the mix and last of all, add two loving parents and you get the Devlin Family Circus!
Loving wife to JJ and devoted mom to Max, Suzy, Lily, Ben and Owen.
Passionate about homeschooling, attachment parenting, adoption and orphan relief.
Hobbies include: sewing, knitting and scrapbooking
